Apparel marketplace

Problem: Several brands sold separately and each handled payments and shipping on its own.
Solution: A platform where every brand runs its own catalogue and orders, with a unified checkout and automatic commission split.
Result: Each brand manages its catalogue without the administrator stepping in, and payouts split themselves.

Order and catering management

2026

Problem: Orders arrived as messages and were typed into a spreadsheet by hand, with stock errors.
Solution: Web and mobile application with catalogue, orders, statuses and an admin panel on one database.
Result: An order is entered once and reaches the kitchen without being retyped.

Client portal

2026

Problem: Project status was asked over email and nobody had the current version.
Solution: A portal where each client sees progress, deliverables and invoices for their projects.
Result: Status questions stopped going through the team inbox.
